What is Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)? 

It is the fast-growing water sport/recreation in the world! The popularity of the modern sport of SUP has its origin in the Hawaiian Islands in the 20^th century. The resurgence started again in the early 1960s; the surfers would stand on their long boards, and paddle out with outrigger paddles to take pictures of the tourists learning to surf.

Why should I try Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)?

It’s new, exciting, adventurous and peaceful all at the same time! Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) is easy and it’s fun! And it gets you outdoors and on the water! The view  from a Paddleboard is incredible! Since you're standing at your full height, you'll enjoy wonderful views of the sea life and the horizon! And, you just may encounter dolphins, manatees and/or or a school of fish! It’s almost like walking on water! And, the health benefits are amazing too! It’s great for working all of your core muscles! You can get a terrific full body workout!

We come to you or you can choose to meet us - we have multiple locations throughout the Tampa Bay area including Clearwater, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor & our newest location at Shephard's Beach Resort directly on Clearwater Beach!
